Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the Ferobrake Service Competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all customers who have completed a paid brake, clutch, or hydraulic service at a participating Ferobrake branch during the competition period.
2. Competition Period: The competition runs from 1 Nov 2025 to 30 Nov 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the online entry form provided on this page and upload a valid proof of service (receipt) showing the date and Ferobrake branch where the qualifying service was performed.
4. Prize: One winner will receive a 70L Thule Subterra Travel Bag valued at approximately R9 000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and contacted via phone or email within 14 days of the competition closing date.
6. Verification: Ferobrake reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry, including confirming service details with participating branches. Any false or incomplete information will result in disqualification.
7. Data Usage: By entering, participants consent to Ferobrake using their details for competition administration and limited marketing communications. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
8. Exclusions: Employees of Ferobrake, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
9. Disclaimer: Ferobrake reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Acceptance: Submission of an entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
